www.thejuicebeauty.com offers same day delivery and next day delivery at a flat delivery charges of AED 25 to deliver inside UAE.

Only If the product is broken or the seal is broken and the customer wishes to return the product, we will arrange for a pick up for the same and a refund will be initiated. However, if the customer wishes to exchange the product, we will arrange pick up for the product and deliver a new product in place of the old one.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?

Order placed before 5:30PM will be fulfilled within 4 Hours/Same Day within Dubai & orders received after 5:30PM or from other emirates will be fulfilled within the next working days

DAMAGED DELIVERY

We assure you that the product reached in perfect shape and untampered, but upon receiving of damaged product you must provide description of the fault or issue along with photographic evidence, within 2 days of the package receipt.

Once we have reviewed this information and accept your return request, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 72 hours

Once the product reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time. However, if we are unable to process the shipment due to the unavailability of the product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note of the same amount. 

WRONG ORDER RECEIVED:

If in case you have received wrong order or wrong products the products can be exchanged from any of the nearest store in the time period of 3 days from receipt or you can request for return or exchange.

COLOUR DIFFERENCE 

There can be color change of 10%-15% as what you have seen through a screen may vary.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. We reserve the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 15 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by We.
